Paella’s rules, the climate is good all the entire year, and firecrackers are the music of its parties. A lot of advantages thar makes possible to perform events in Valencia. A geographical strategic city to the MICE sector, that has a set of modern and historic infrastructures, which becomes it in a perfect scene for events. Some time ago, we fixed as our objective to open a new headquarters and nowadays we keep, if it’s possible, more motivated, and also growing. Creating, developing, and producing events in Valencia, that glitters thanks to the context of the own city. A myriad of activities and themes that leaves nobody indifferent. Here we show you some of our latest team building activities in Valencia.

Who doesn’t know the famous Fallas in Valencia? An international festivity where valencian people set their traditional Ninots on fire. For months, artisans and carpenters, set about artworks that will burn under the valencian night. So, from Es.cultura Events, we wanted to join to the celebration and we created an activity, called Ninots workshop.

During its developing, we will make teams which will work its own Ninot. Going through each of its phases: design, creation, implementation, and at last, as the finishing touch, its burn. During all the process, master falleros will help us and tell anecdotes of this curious world. An entertaining activity that makes you a real fallero for some hours. So, do you dare?

But if your things are the getaways, then you can’t miss our guidance gymkhana. So, yes, it is the moment to put on sport shoes or those boots that one day you bought not to put on. Looking in the attic for comfortable clothes and come to breathe pure air.

An activity which nature will be our stage and an old compass, with a paper map, will replace your brand-new GPS so you can discover the correct way by teams. During the tour, there will be a guide giving some clues and explaining the fauna and flora of the land. A route you will love.

Don’t you know the last trend in team buildings? It is the Lego Serious Play workshop. And why not? Let’s be children again to resolve the adults problems. This is one of the most creative and potential events in Valencia. An activity that raises a lot of laughs and it’s useful to discover and liberate all the team potential.

A box will be given to the attendees with pieces of the famous Lego game, and from that moment they will mount and dismount following the advices of our “facilitator” Inés Giménez-Coaching Valiente, who was in every moment guiding the group. A team building, which rules the communication, fun, and of course the problems resolution. And the best of all, playing.

But not everything is to be at the office, so, let’s go to streets and discover the history of Valencia from their more historic character’s hands. And all thanks to the activity ‘to the Valencia moon’. A historic gymkhana that will start at the Valencia’s walls with Jaime I. He will give a briefing and ask attendees for some help about the current city he conquered. All the teams will have to resolve the questions of the different actors, who are around the most emblematic places of the city. They will respond to a chef’s quiz, who will question about the valencian gastronomy, and they will meet a master artisan on his historic forge and ceramic workshop.

They will be lost in the Valencia’s streets with Elionor Esparza, the woman who died in the stake, or they will know the endeavors of an Arabic trader of that era.

There are a lot of possibilities to perform events in Valencia with regard to the corporative events management or themes. These are a few of the many activities we have been creating and developing in this city during the last months, but, still we have many more.
