#2 Team Building in Madrid : survival team building

Pretend to be participants of the famous television show “Survivor” thanks to our survival team building event just outside Madrid, in the natural park of Alcalá de Henares to be precise. Put your team through a series of survival challenges in the great outdoor; you will improve team cohesion and build the motivation of your workers. Our team welcomes you in the centre of Madrid and takes you to the natural park where we begin our day of surviving the elements. Divided into groups, participants need to put to work simple values and tasks that are part of working as a team: assigning tasks, active listening, concentration, orientation, coordination, and a number of other skills. Groups accumulate points in each challenge that they complete. But beware! All challenges are timed, and only one team will be crowned champion at the end of the day. The keys to success are to be able to work well as a team and to complete all the challenges faster than all other teams: orientation circuits, building shelters, etc.

#3 Team Building in Madrid: “Master Chef” cooking challenge

How about trying a team building cooking challenge in the format of the famous television show Master Chef to empower and unite your team? This is the perfect setting to let your team’s imagination run wild, to optimise teamwork, and to immerse your workers into Spain’s fine cuisine. Upon arrival, our team will welcome you and the challenge starts under the guidance of a professional chef and of an actor impersonating the role of a demanding chef. Participants are divided into small groups and each group needs to appoint a lead chef for their team.

In this team building in Madrid, participants are required to prepare recipes using only the ingredients and utensils provided for the challenge. Just like in the television show, only one team can be crowned champion. In order to win, teams need to finish preparing the recipes within the time limits, show creativity and a good presentation, and above all… work well as a team.
